- Shuttle park and ride service from our VAMC partner location on race day

- Timed and scored races with accurate results
- Massage post-event for all participants all morning
- Post-race food and beverages
- The fabulous Get in Gear Prize Give Away team handing out a minimum of 500-1000 prizes and t-shirts to random participants on race day
- Private party at Minnehaha Park for Get in Gear participants, prepaid by special permit; home of waterfalls, picnic areas and spring blooms

Weather
Get in Gear events run rain or shine. If an impending weather situation is apparent, the race officials will make a determination on whether to delay or postpone the event based on information obtained by the National Weather Service.
