Choose your turnaround on the course and complete up to 4K in distance.
Time Limit
60 minutes from starting gun – roads reopen to vehicle traffic at 7 pm.
Walkers and Strollers
Walkers and strollers are welcome in this event, but will need to start at the back of the corral. Road closure timeline is still enforced.
Each child in a stroller/jogger must have a child’s stroller registration (free, no registration fee) on file with the child’s information and initialed waiver of parent/guardian. Parents and/or guardians must have a valid race registration.
Participant Notification
All participants on the course must be wearing a bib number and must be registered in one of the following categories:

Start Line
The start line is located under the 46th Street Bridge. Slower participants should line up behind faster participants. Strollers and walkers should line up towards the back of the corral.
Course Description
The course will be marked with a turnaround for each distance.
Get in Gear 2K (1.125 miles)
- Start under 46th Street Bridge.
- North on West River Parkway to 2K turnaround.
- Back to Finish Line under bridge.
Get in Gear 3K (1.86 miles)
- Start under 46th Street Bridge.
- North on West River Parkway to 3K turnaround.
- Back to Finish Line under bridge.
Get in Gear 4K (2.4 miles)
- Start under 46th Street Bridge.
- North on West River Parkway to 4K turnaround.
- Back to Finish Line under bridge.
