camaraderie, support your company’s health and
wellness goals and allow participants to compete for
our Summit Orthopedics Corporate Challenge awards.
• All companies with a minimum of 5 employees registered
are eligible for the corporate age group awards as
individuals. In order for a company to be eligible for
the Summit Orthopedics Corporate Challenge awards, a
team must have a minimum of 3 males and 3 females
at least 25 employees in the local (Upper Midwest)
in any of our 3 timed events to be able to be tabulated
as either the fastest team or the highest percentage. .
• All corporate team members must be paid employees (or
legitimate retired from same company) to be eligible.
• All corporate teams must have one designated team
captain (team captain also being one of the
participants). Once the team captain registers, then all
team members can register and join the corporate team.
• There is no extra cost to participate in the corporate
• Corporate results will be posted on our results page
with the overall results and awards will be sent out
before the end of May.
Corporate team challenge awards will be presented
post-event after official results are finalized as
CORPORATE AGE GROUP AWARDS
The top male and top female in the
following five age groups, in each of the timed races
(5k, 10k and ˝ marathon) will be awarded. Age Groups; 29
and Under, 30 to 39, 40 to 49, 50 to 59, 60 and Over
CORPORATE CHALLENGE FASTEST TEAM AWARD
The results will be tabulated by scoring your corporate
top 3 males and top 3 females that placed in any of the
respective timed events (5k, 10k and ˝ marathon) and
they will be assigned their official placement number.
Team must have at least 25 employees in the local (upper
Midwest) office to be eligible for scoring.
The 6 placement numbers will be added together and that
sum will be the corporate team’s official score. The
company that has the lowest total score will be awarded
the Fastest Team plaque and receives 5 free entries to
next year's Get In Gear races.
CORPORATE CHALLENGE HIGHEST PERCENT PARTICIPATION
The results will be tabulated by dividing the total
number of employees of the local corporation who finish
the race by the total number of employees of the same
have at least 25 employees in the local (upper Midwest)
office to be eligible for scoring.
This total will be provided on the corporate
registration page. The company with the highest
percentage will be awarded the highest participation
team plaque and receives 5 free entries to next year's
Get In Gear races.
• Corporate Challenge team packets are to be picked up
individually either Friday, April 28 or Saturday, April
• Race Day: Any changes that need to be made regarding
an individual or corporate entry MUST be made by 9:00 AM
