- Every 500th finisher in the Get in Gear 10K official results will receive a pair of New Balance 880 shoes in the form of certificate that can be redeemed at either Run N Fun or Marathon Sports or RunMN.

- First Minnesota Male Finisher 10K - $250
* Must have valid MN Driverís License to confirm residency ON RACE DAY to receive award

- First Minnesota Female Finisher 10K - $250

RunMN will donate prize money RnMN certificates to all half marathon winners and age groupers:  Male overall $75.00. Female overall  $75.00. Male Masters overall $50.00. Female Masters overall $50.00. And, 1st Male and Female in each half marathon age group:  $20

Half Marathon finishers receive a custom struck medallion.

 


GIG 2K

  • 2K custom struck Get in Gear 2K medallions to all 2K finishers.

GIG 2K School Team Awards

GIG 2K School Team Awards ($400.00):

Top 2 attending schools to receive certificate for Physical Education Department improvement:

  • #1 Top School: $250.00 Gift Certificate

  • #2 Top School: $150.00 Gift Certificate


On race day, awards will be given at the podium to:

- Overall 10K male and female, top 3
- Overall Half Marathon male and female
- Overall 5K male and female

All other awards will be sent by mail before the end of May.
 


  • Technical Performance Shirts:  Every registrant of the 2K, 5K, 10K and Half Marathon will receive a technical performance shirt as part of their registration fee.


  • The fabulous "Get in Gear Prize Give Away" team gives out a minimum of 500-1000 prizes and t-shirts to random participants on race day.
